Just the other day, I met my designer — our “moment maker” — at a homeowner’s property to prepare for an eventual listing launch.

We walked the space together with intention. She said almost nothing at first. Just studied the light. Moved slowly from room to room. Snapped a few photos on her phone.

Then came the edits — in her mind and later, on the list.

All the distractions that had to go.
