I’ve been reflecting on what would make this year feel like a win for me…and I love working with people in the ‘planning’ space.
Planning is from idea or dream to actualization and everything in between. More like this –--- explore, refine, align, plan and execute.
Because I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone has a plan AND a person in their corner, my ideal job is to earn the right to ask a lot of questions, kind of like a coach would, to open your thinking, to uncover possibilities and options with your ‘impossible’ dream in mind.
I imagine success as being able to turn ‘impossible’ to ‘possible’.
A ‘win’ for me this year would be hearing more homeowners say, ‘I’m so glad I did that now instead of waiting.’ Whether it’s downsizing, moving up, or simply making your current home more livable, I love helping people make decisions they’ll feel proud of later. That’s what I’m chasing. That’s my win. Most people don’t need to be sold on a move—they need to be shown it’s possible, with a plan. It’s about fewer ‘somedays’ and more ‘I’m glad I started.’
For me, the second half of 2025 isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about helping more people find clarity, calm, and the confidence to take their next step—whatever that looks like.
And yes, it’s about making space in my own life too—less busy, more meaning.
