Hi- I'm Susan. My role is to lead people that help people, lots of people, in many ways because that's what I'm made for. My big goal is to maximize my contribution and impact every single day. That takes strategy and execution. Getting to know me, you'll see that I have a high sense of urgency and take action and risks quickly and decisively. This allowed me to have success in the first year in real estate more than 35 years ago, I saw quickly that there was more than selling homes and making deals happen. People held my focus and as a woman business owner, I am always growing personally and work closely with others who want to live big lives day making an impact day in and day out.
Today, I slow down and make choices on what matters. I would consider myself an 'Action' leader becoming a 'Results' leader. Taking action brings energy, (my own and others) and that tranlates to confidence, clarity, progress, and incredible results. I am always aim to watch out for others, their families and their dreams. Somedays, you'll find me in the garden, or taking a favorite walk by the sea, winter or summer. I want to do more traveling, meet new people and explore new places. After years of work in the field as well as the think-tank, with my vision, our team has built a system of client service that has us filling promises and delivering the results that stand out from the status quo in real estate and customer experience.
I have 100’s of wonderful clients many of whom are friends too. As Founder, I am proud to have my son Greg positioned to lead the company in to the future with fellow entrepreneurs who are inspired to help people, lots of people and to watch out for their dreams, just like I do.
