I’ve been watching the little pile of snow under the laurel bush at the end of our driveway, waiting to catch the last moment of its existence as a sign that Winter is finally over. Not everything is a great buy but these listings will not likely be here next time you check. Inventory is level to this time last year and some sellers are getting traction in the market with aggressive pricing and/or conditioning with location on their side.
