A Year of Memorable Minutes for the Susan Sells Team
As we move into 2011, I want to share a few of the memorable minutes from 2010 with you. Minutes matter!
300 minutes: Susan Sells supported local transitional, temporary and long-term housing for people in need through on-site volunteering Emmaus Inc. (emmausinc.org)
155 minutes: In July, I rode in the annual Cycle for Shelter charity ride and it was my first race ever and many of you supported me in that race and together we raised $1040.00 for Emmaus Inc. Since then, I’ve taken road biking to another level and made it one of my favorite leisure and fun-time activities. Cycle For Shelter 23 mile route July 2010

120 minutes with all of the Team members and 25 friends. We enjoyed a special evening at Wine-Sense in Andover connecting with ‘old’ friends and clients and getting to know ‘new’ ones. Thank you to Samanta as our knowledgeable server, Wine Sense Andover, Bottled Poetry
This year we helped 25 special families buy or sell houses right here in our Andover area and 7 in Greater Boston.
While the average Realtor in our area sold about 3-5 homes this year, my team helped 25 families I want to thank each of them for their confidence and the opportunity to have them call Susan Sells ‘their real estate agent.’ Also, I am very grateful to every one of our clients and friends who have continued to introduce us to their friends and co-workers when they need help.
60 minutes/week: I took to the classroom and spent time each week Teaching Others How to Grow THEIR Businesses to a new level! Teaching leads us to mastery of the subject. Bless all the teachers in the world. They’re smarter with every class that graduates!
I was invited to teach a 12 week ramp-up-your-real estate-business course in a small and interactive group of agents who practiced, role-play and studied and feedback was: By application of techniques and strategies, agents were able to improve results and commit to a higher level service pledge for buyers and sellers needing their help. I was able to sit on a mastermind panel at several real estate conferences and share my consultation tools for smoother and quicker transaction success working with sellers and buyers. It is so incredibly rewarding to make a difference for others.
